Get Financial Support for Your EMS Training!

The WyEMS Grant Program is here to help Wyoming residents pursue careers in Emergency Medical Services (EMS). If you’re enrolled in an EMS training program at one of Wyoming’s Community Colleges, you could qualify for funding to cover your training expenses.

Participating Colleges

  • Northwest College
  • Laramie County Community College
  • Casper College

Funding Limits by Program

You can receive funding up to the following amounts, based on your chosen EMS training program:

  • EMT Basic: Up to $2,000 per individual
  • EMT Advanced: Up to $2,000 per individual
  • EMT Intermediate: Up to $2,000 per individual
  • Paramedic:
    • Degree Program: Up to $17,000 per individual
    • Certificate Program: Up to $10,000 per individual
