People ask this a lot, but we really want to know! At Wyoming TWD, we’re not here to tell you who to be—we’re here to help you follow your own dreams. Share your goals, interests, and ideas with us, and we’ll help you find the way to make them happen. And if you’re not sure yet, that’s okay too! We’ll help you discover what you’re good at and what excites you, so we can create a plan for your future together.
Find Out What Jobs You Like
At Wyoming TWD, you’ll meet your Navigator—a special guide who works with you to figure out what you enjoy and what you’re great at. Maybe you love building things, meeting new people, writing stories, or fixing cars. Together, you and your navigator will talk about what makes you unique and create a plan to explore different jobs.
Learn More About the Jobs You Pick
After you find out what interests you, it’s time to learn more about those jobs! We call this “job exploration,” and it’s a fun way to see what different careers are all about. You can:
- Visit local businesses and watch people at work.
- Talk to adults who have the jobs you like.
- Check out cool websites or videos about different careers.
You can explore as many jobs as you want and even change your plan if you find something new that excites you!
