  • Access Correspondence: View all communications related to your accounts, including rate notices and claims documents.
  • Update Account Information: Easily update your addresses and contact details and manage third-party access, such as adding or removing a CPA or payroll company.
  • Manage User Access: Create up to five additional logins for other staff members to access the account.
  • Print Certifications: Request and print your own 940 re-certifications directly from the portal.
  • Appeal Processes: Appeal claims, benefit charges, and rates online.
  • Account Closure: If needed, you can also request the closure of their account.
