At the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services, we’re dedicated to supporting employers throughout the entire unemployment tax process. From initial registration and account setup to managing ongoing responsibilities, we make it easier for employers to stay compliant. Through our online portal, employers can file and amend quarterly reports, pay taxes or print vouchers for check payments, and view comprehensive account details, including wages, rates, payments, and credits.
Employers have the option to create up to five additional logins for staff, request and print 940 re-certifications, and handle appeals for claims, benefit charges, and rates—all online. Additionally, they can request the closure of their account when necessary. We’re here to simplify and streamline these processes, so employers can focus on what matters most: running their businesses.
