UPDATED – PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE GENERAL
INDUSTRY (1910) RULES OF WYOMING OSHA DIVISION
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wyoming OSHA Commission is
proposing to heavily strike the General Industry (1910) section in its rules and
incorporate it by reference to the federal law. The 21 chapters for this rule include the
following:
