PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Unemployment Insurance Commission will
consider a 120 day extension of emergency rules under the authority granted by W.S. § 27-3-
602(a)(i) during a scheduled portion of their regular meeting scheduled for August 18, 2020.
This decision will affect the Rules and Regulations of the Wyoming Unemployment Insurance
Division. The extension of these emergency rules is being considered in response to the ongoing

Family First Coronavirus Response Act (Pub. L. 116-127), and to maintain and strengthen access
to the unemployment compensation system for claimants impacted by the COVID-19 public
health emergency.
In order to maintain the most recent public health recommendations while complying with the
requirements of public meetings held via electronic means under W.S. 16-4-403(d) the meeting
will be held at 11:00 am (Mountain Time) on August 18, 2020 via a live-stream available to
