CASPER – The Unemployment Insurance Commission, under the umbrella of the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services, gives notices of its intent to amend and correct a variety of rules pertinent to Wyoming’s unemployment compensation program.
The Commission is proposing changes that are meant to further clarify and mirror existing statutes, and reflect more modern processes being utilized. These changes impact the Department of Workforce Services’ Unemployment Insurance rules, Chapters 1, 2, 11, 20, 24, 28, 33 and 37.
A public meeting is scheduled to consider the adoption of the proposed rule changes and will be held at noon on June 20, 2023, via Zoom. The public can access the meeting here.
