DWS taking public comment on OSHA – Practice and Procedure Rules on Enforcement and OSHA – Construction 1926 on Personal Protective and Life Saving Equipment – Subpart E

CHEYENNE – The Department of Workforce Services, in conjunction with the OSHA Commission, is seeking public comment on two chapters of rules. The Commission is proposing to promulgate OSHA – Practice and Procedure program rules, Chapter 3: Enforcement and OSHA – Construction 1926 program rules, Chapter 5: Personal Protective and Life Saving Equipment – Subpart E. The proposed changes update Wyoming’s rules to reflect the most recent federal OSHA Standards, which include an increase in penalty fees.
