Why Your Mental Health Matters

How often do you talk about how you’re feeling? For many of us, not nearly enough. But keeping those feelings to yourself can make it hard to concentrate at school, stay focused at work, or enjoy time with friends.

At Wyoming TWD, we understand that mental health is just as important as physical health. We’re here to help you find balance, cope with stress, and feel good about your future.

Available Mental Health Resources

Wyoming TWD is committed to supporting your mental health every step of the way. Our program offers:

  • Navigators: A trusted person you can talk to about anything, including your feelings and mental health.
  • Counseling and Support: Access to mental health professionals who can provide advice and support.
  • Workshops and Resources: Training sessions to help you learn coping skills, stress management, and self-care.

Local and Statewide Resources

We’re not the only ones here to help. Many organizations in Wyoming provide mental health services for young people. Here are some to consider:

Is This a Mental Health Emergency?

If you or someone you know is in a mental health crisis, don’t wait. Contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. It’s free, confidential, and available 24/7 to provide immediate support.

Encouragement to Reach Out

Remember, asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Whatever you’re feeling, there’s support for you. Talk to your Navigator today or reach out to any of the resources listed above. Your mental health is important to us—let’s make it a priority together.
