PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Unemployment Insurance Commission will
consider the proposal to adopt Chapter 37 of the Unemployment Insurance Commission Rules
and Regulations as permanent rules under the authority granted by W.S. § 27-3-602(a)(i) during
a scheduled portion of their regular meeting scheduled for January 19, 2021. This decision will
affect the Rules and Regulations of the Wyoming Unemployment Insurance Division. The
adoption of these – rules is being considered in response to the ongoing public health crisis and
federal requirements of the Unemployment Insurance Division to maintain and strengthen access
to the unemployment compensation system for claimants impacted by the COVID-19 public
health emergency.
In order to maintain the most recent public health recommendations while complying with the
requirements of public meetings held via electronic means under W.S. 16-4-403(d) the meeting
will be held at 11:00 am (Mountain Time) on January 19, 2021 via a live-stream available to

Public comments can be submitted prior to the meeting by written submission, mailed to
Unemployment Insurance Division Attn: Ashley Moore 100 W. Midwest Ave. Casper, WY
82601 or via email to Ashley.moore@wyo.gov. The public comment period will end at close of
business on December 29,2020. There will not be opportunity for the Commission to accept oral
comment at the meeting, and the opportunity for an oral hearing has not been requested as
required by Wyo. Stat. §16-3-103(a)(ii)(A).
