PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE RULES OF THE WYOMING
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT TRAINING FUND
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wyoming Workforce Development Training
Fund (WDTF) is proposing changes that will affect the Division’s rules, and reimbursement
schedule. These proposals include modifications to the Wyoming Workforce Development
Training Fund Rules.
The Department is proposing to amend Chapter 4 of Workforce Development Training Fund
(WDTF) Rules. More specifically:
Chapter 4, Sections 1-4 (Apprenticeship Training Grants), creating a new chapter to define the
eligibility, requirements, reporting metrics, and allowable training expenses for Apprenticeship
training.

A public comment period will end at close of business on May 4th, 2018.
