DWS Virtual Training Series schedules its first event - Wyoming Department of Workforce Services

It is important that we be able to provide timely payments to you for your benefits, and in doing so, are making some changes. Therefore, as of 05/31/2024, you will no longer be able to file your weekly continued claims for payment over the telephone using the automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. You will be able to file your continued claims online at wyui.wyo.gov by logging in and clicking on Continued Claim > File Continued Claim.

The Department of Workforce Services is pleased to invite you to its inaugural Virtual Training Series presentation at 11 a.m. on Jan. 23, 2024, Social Media 101.

This course is designed to provide an introduction to social media marketing for those who are new to the field and will primarily focus on Facebook.

In this session, you will learn:

The basics of setting goals and objectives.
Building a strong brand.
Understanding your target audience.
Analyzing data to make informed decisions.
