CHEYENNE – The Department of Workforce Services proposes an update to Workers’ Compensation rules, Chapter 10: Miscellaneous Medical Protocols, and now seeks public comment. The proposed changes include:

  • Clarification surrounding the firefighter cancer detection and prevention services; 
  • Clarification of the requirement that massage therapy services must be done on the same day as other therapy modalities; and 
  • Incorporation of the requirement of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as it relates to healthcare provider authentication.
