Age-Appropriate Curricula
Every child is unique, and that’s why we offer customized programs tailored to their age and abilities:
- Pre-Teens (10-13): For our younger participants, we focus on career exploration through fun activities like visiting businesses, interviewing professionals, and learning from guest speakers. We also teach essential life skills, from using technology to advocating for oneself and managing emotions.
- Youth (14-21): For older youth, we offer deeper engagement with work-based learning experiences like internships, apprenticeships, and volunteer opportunities. They learn practical skills, gain job experience, and participate in advanced training on social skills, money management, and self-advocacy.
