Brittny is the assistant director at Basic Beginnings Early Learning Center in Laramie. The following is her testimonial.
“When I graduated from high school I had no idea what I wanted to do, so I went back to my childhood daycare to get a job. One of their requirements at Basic Beginnings is to get your CDA (Child Development Associates) credential. And so, through our director, she pushed us in that direction.
“I did not know what I wanted to do with my life and being able to pay for school without actually having to pay for school while working was the most helpful thing.
“The Department of Workforce Services helped further my career and my education in the best possible way. Throughout my many years and multiple degrees, I’ve had one contact person who has helped from everything through life changes, submitting my grades at the last possible deadlines, completing all of the surveys in a timely manner. It has been great to have one person watching out for me the entire time.”
