CHEYENNE– The Department of Workforce Services (DWS) Labor Exchange Job Board, WyomingAtWork.com, will soon undergo a major redesign and move to a new domain. These system upgrades are designed to improve user experience and site performance and add exciting new features for both job seekers and employers.

WHAT: The new Labor Exchange Job Board will launch at the end of the year, bringing with it a more straightforward, intuitive interface to include a training section with life skills, professional development and industry exploration modules. Job seekers also will have the ability to create an e-portfolio, which will have an individualized link to share with potential employers. In the e-portfolio, job seekers can include resumes, transcripts, letters of recommendation, awards and more.

Employers will be able to gain access to industry data, easily find labor market information, post job openings online and find job applicants for their business.

WHEN: While DWS aims to minimize any downtime or interruption, there may be periods of disruption or outages at the end of December as the transition occurs.

WHY: The new platform will provide a better user experience for both job seekers and employers through modernized and enhanced functionality and will provide significant cost savings for ongoing maintenance.
