PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE CONSTRUCTION (1926)
RULES OF WYOMING OSHA DIVISION
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wyoming OSHA Commission is
proposing to heavily strike the Construction (1926) section in its rules and incorporate it
by reference to the federal law.
Wyoming OSHA proposes to heavily strike this section, consisting of 27 chapters and
1153 pages. Chapter 30 – Cranes and Derricks Used in Demolition and Underground
