WyomingAtWork.com website unavailable due to outage affecting contracted vendor

It is important that we be able to provide timely payments to you for your benefits, and in doing so, are making some changes. Therefore, as of 05/31/2024, you will no longer be able to file your weekly continued claims for payment over the telephone using the automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. You will be able to file your continued claims online at wyui.wyo.gov by logging in and clicking on Continued Claim > File Continued Claim.

CHEYENNE – The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services’ (DWS) WyomingAtWork.com jobs database has been out of service since Sunday due to outages the vendor is experiencing.

Individuals looking for available jobs are encouraged to visit the Governor’s new BOOTS website and dashboard, which provides education, career, and business tools including employment opportunities across Wyoming, at boots.wyo.gov. Job seekers can also look for jobs on the National Labor Exchange or contact their local Workforce Center for assistance until the site is restored.

This WyomingAtWork.com outage does not affect the Unemployment Insurance program or the WYUI.wyo.gov web portal. Claimants may continue to file claims, request weekly payments and receive weekly benefits if eligible.
