PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE PRACTICE AND
PROCEDURE, CHAPTER 3 ENFORCEMENT, SECTION 6, PENALTIES OF
WYOMING OSHA DIVISION
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wyoming OSHA Commission is
proposing to increase the penalty fees, incorporating by reference the Federal penalties
which were adopted January 23, 2019. These penalties were increased by approximately
2.5%.
The specific penalties that will be incorporated by reference are:
Section 6 Penalties
(b) Updates the adoption date from 1/2/18 to 1/23/19
(i) Willful violation – penalties from $9,235 to $9,472 and $129,336 to
$132,598
(ii) Repeated violation – penalties from $129,336 to $132,598
(iii) Serious violation – penalties from $12,934 to $13,260
(iv) Other-than-serious violation – penalties from $12,934 to $13,260
(v) Failure to correct violation – penalties from $12,934 to $13,260
(vi) Posting requirement violation – penalties from 12,934 to $13,260
