CHEYENNE – The Department of Workforce Services, in conjunction with the OSHA Commission, is seeking public comment on Chapter 1 of OSHA’s Recording, Reporting and Posting Requirements – 1904 chapter of rules. The proposed changes update Wyoming’s rules to reflect the most recent federal OSHA Standards adopted by the Wyoming OSHA Commission at a public meeting held on January 30, 2025. This federal update is related to Improve Tracking of Workplace Injuries and Illnesses 29 C.F.R. § 1904.

The public comment window is open through July 31, and comments may be submitted using the online form.
