CHEYENNE–The Department of Workforce Services is promulgating Chapter 6 of Labor Standards rules regarding the Prevailing Wage and now seeks public comment on the proposed rules.
The Department of Workforce Services proposes to modify several sections throughout the Labor Standards’ Program rule, Chapter 6: Prevailing Wages. Various sections have been updated for grammar and an erroneous duplication, while Section 10 is updated to incorporate an effective date for the prevailing wage rate of May 1 for each year.
