CHEYENNE – The Unemployment Insurance Commission will consider, and vote on, the adoption of proposed rule changes of Chapters 1, 2, 11, 20, 24, 28, 33, and 37 to the Unemployment Insurance Program during a public meeting scheduled for September 19, 2023.
The Commission may adopt rules under the authority granted by the W.S. § 27-3-602(a)(i). This decision will affect a variety of rules pertinent to Wyoming’s unemployment compensation program. The proposed rule changes are meant to further clarify existing statutes, reflect more modern processes being utilized, and mirror statutes, among other reasons.
The meeting will be held at 11:15 a.m. on September 19, 2023, and will be available to the public via a live stream here, with webinar ID 878 3615 1679.
