The mission of the Wyoming Council for Women (WCW) is to better the economic reality of Wyoming women by eliminating disparities. We envision a Wyoming where women are prosperous and empowered to thrive. To achieve these goals, the WCW works to:
- Eliminate economic barriers and advance opportunities for women in Wyoming;
- Identify and connect with key stakeholders to create working partnerships;
- Increase capacity by recruiting and retaining actively engaged board members;
- Increase visibility with the Legislature, local communities, and women;
- Establish the WCW as an advisory council on key issues that impact women’s economic status
