Rehabilitación profesional

The TRS Advisory Committee helps guide the Wyoming Division of Vocational Rehabilitation in running Relevo de Wyoming—our telephone service for people who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, deaf-blind, or have speech disabilities.

What the Committee Does

  • Review and recommend policies and procedures for Wyoming Relay and make sure the program follows all state and federal laws.
  • Help the state earn and maintain Federal Communications Commission certification for Wyoming Relay.
  • Keep an eye on program spending and review budget requests.
  • Monitor the quality of the service and make sure users are satisfied.
  • Help educate Wyoming citizens about Wyoming Relay services.
  • Evaluate ideas for service improvements.
  • Set the annual special fee-per-access line surcharge.
