The WCW administers two funding cycles per year. The application form is only active during the dates listed below; however, you can preview the application questions to prepare your submission ahead of time.
- Summer 2026: June 1 – July 15
- Winter 2026/27: December 1 – January 15
- Summer 2027: June 1 – July 15
- Winter 2027/28: December 1 – January 15
- (Potential) Spring 2028: March 1 – April 15
