How do I apply for Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Services?
We’ve made it easy for you to get started! You have a few options:
- Connect with Your Local Office:
Reach out to your nearest Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) office and request an appointment with a VR Counselor. They’ll guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have. - Apply Online or by Paper:
- Online: Fill out the online VR application, and it will automatically be sent to your local office. A team member will contact you to schedule your intake appointment.
- Paper: Download, print and complete the General VR Application worksheet. You can either:
- Drop it off at your local VR office, or
- Email it to DWS-WYDVR@wyo.gov, and we’ll make sure it gets to the right office.
- Choose How You Meet:
Once we receive your application, we’ll contact you to schedule your intake appointment, which can be held in person, over the phone, or virtually—whichever works best for you.
