Cheyenne, WY – Looking for your next career move? The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services (DWS) invites job seekers and employers alike to the Cheyenne Workforce Center’s annual Fall Career Fair on Wednesday, Oct. 1, at Laramie County Community College (LCCC).
The event kicks off with early access for veterans from 10:30–10:45 a.m., followed by open entry for all job seekers from 10:45 a.m.–1 p.m. at the Blue Recreation & Athletics Complex, located at 1400 E. College Drive on the LCCC campus. Admission is free and open to the public.
“This career fair is about making real connections,” said Emma Garcia, Business Representative with the Cheyenne Workforce Center. “Online applications are important, but face-to-face conversations often open the door to opportunities you might not have found otherwise.”
Each year, the Fall Career Fair draws more than 50 employers across industries—businesses ready to hire and eager to meet motivated candidates in person. Job seekers will also have access to career resources, training information, and support services on-site.
The event is made possible through strong community partnerships: LCCC provides the venue and catering, while the Military & Family Readiness Center supplies volunteers who support veterans, families, and job seekers throughout the day.
