The Migrant & Seasonal Farm Worker Program helps people who work in agriculture build more stable, self-sufficient lives. We do this by connecting farm workers with jobs, training, and support services that fit their needs.

How We Help

If you are a migrant or seasonal farm worker, we can help you:

  • Find and keep employment
  • Get connected to job training or education
  • Access workforce and community resources
  • Navigate employment-related challenges

Our goal is to support you not just today, but in building long-term success.

Where Services Are Available

In Wyoming, services are offered primarily:

  • In beet-farming communities throughout the Big Horn Basin, and
  • In the Torrington area during the summer months

Language & Community Support

Most migrant and seasonal farm workers in Wyoming speak Spanish. To better serve you, the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services employs bilingual staff who understand both the language and the communities they serve.

Our Migrant & Seasonal Farm Worker Program specialists are familiar with local resources and are here to help you connect with services that make a real difference.
