Building Wyoming’s Workforce

The Employment & Training Division connects Wyoming businesses with job seekers. We provide programs that prepare workers for today’s changing economy and support businesses in finding the talent they need. Our services are available to youth, adults, dislocated workers, and individuals with disabilities.

Our programs include:

  • Wagner-Peyser Program – connecting job seekers with employers.
  • Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) – providing training and employment support.
  • Veterans Employment & Training Program – helping veterans find meaningful work.
  • Work Opportunity Tax Credit Program – offering tax incentives to employers who hire eligible workers.
  • Migrant & Seasonal Farm Worker Program – supporting seasonal and migrant workers with training and job services.
