The Business Enterprise Program manages vending opportunities on state-owned properties across Wyoming — from setting up new sites to overseeing contracts and bids.

Every two years, vending contracts are opened for bid. Each contract includes a commission that helps people with disabilities achieve their dream of owning and running their own business.
