The Wyoming State Mine Inspector’s Office is transitioning to a new online system: wyomineinspector.wyo.gov. The current system will become unavailable beginning Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time. The new system is expected to be available by Friday, September 4, 2026.

Wyoming OSHA will investigate, cite, and fine any employer who is found to be in violation of reporting requirements relating to hospitalizations, amputations, or losses of an eye.
