Pathways to Progress helps Wyoming students with disabilities discover their strengths, explore career options, and build the skills they need to succeed—both in life and in the workforce.
Open to youth ages 10–21 and their families, this program meets each student where they are, offering customized support and hands-on experiences that grow with them. Younger students can start exploring their interests and discovering career possibilities, while older youth gain real-world work experience and learn the skills that lead to independence.
With the support of dedicated Navigators and active family involvement, Pathways to Progress guides students every step of the way, helping them move confidently from school to a bright, self-sufficient future.
