The Wyoming Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) helps training providers connect their programs with adults and dislocated workers who need skills to reach their career goals. Being on the ETPL means your programs are officially recognized and can access WIOA-funded participants.

Why Become an Eligible Training Provider?

Being on the ETPL:

  • Makes your programs visible to job seekers and career centers across Wyoming.
  • Shows your programs meet Wyoming’s workforce development needs, as approved by the Wyoming Workforce Development Council (WWDC).
  • Allows your programs to receive WIOA funding for eligible participants.

The ETPL is required by federal law (WIOA) and is the official statewide list of approved training programs.

Who Can Apply

Any Wyoming-based training provider offering programs aligned with workforce needs may apply. Approval by the WWDC is required to be added to the ETPL.
