CHEYENNE – The Department of Workforce Services, in conjunction with the OSHA Commission, is seeking public comment on several chapters of rules. The Commission is proposing to promulgate the OSHA – Construcción 1926 reglas del programa, Chapter 26: Toxic and Hazardous Substances (Z) y Chapter 27: Confined Spaces in Construction (AA), along with OSHA – General Industry 1910 reglas del programa, Chapter 26: Toxic and Hazardous Substances (Z). The proposed changes update Wyoming’s rules to reflect the most recent federal OSHA Standards.
