CHEYENNE – The Department of Workforce Services’ Workers’ Compensation division is seeking public comment on Chapter 11: Workplace Safety Contracts. This chapter provides funding to eligible employers for safety equipment and training that reduces workplace hazards. The changes are designed to remove outdated language, provide additional clarity on eligible equipment and training opportunities, identify employer match requirements, establish defined communication deadlines, and modify the review and processing of applications.
