Why Your Mental Health Matters
How often do you talk about how you’re feeling? For many of us, not nearly enough. But keeping those feelings to yourself can make it hard to concentrate at school, stay focused at work, or enjoy time with friends.

- Navigators: A trusted person you can talk to about anything, including your feelings and mental health.
- Counseling and Support: Access to mental health professionals who can provide advice and support.
