If you want account information, you will hear:

A payment was mailed for week ending {dates} and week ending {dates}

– OR –

The automated phone system system will explain why you will receive a reduced payment, will not receive a payment, or that your payment has not been processed by the time you are calling.

If there is a pending issue on your claim that prevents a payment from being issued, the automated phone system will tell you to contact the Claims Center.
