The results speak for themselves:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>80%+ Retention:<\/strong>\u00a0Employers partnering with CyberWyoming love the results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Under 30:<\/strong>\u00a0Technical professionals in the program are launching local careers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The Big Win:<\/strong>\u00a0Wyoming WDTF grants are helping to retain a new generation in well-paying careers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Here is what they have to say about the impact:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;One thing specifically that I found to be helpful during our course was learning about how to communicate with different generations.
